Successful Mentions

We are usually the ones receiving congratulatory emails from agencies, praising the work of our teams, their flexibility, or the quality of our cuisine. However, it’s not so common for us to send a congratulatory email to the team of an agency that has entrusted us with organizing a conference.
On this occasion, I feel compelled, and do so with immense pleasure, to write to you to congratulate you on your magnificent team. We sincerely thank you for your constant collaboration, especially during the most challenging times, your unwavering willingness to help, and above all, the positive attitude with which you faced every situation.
It has been a true pleasure working with you and having your support at all times. I would appreciate it if you could extend this message to your entire team.

I’d like to thank you and congratulate you on your work at the launch meeting. The meeting, which seemed like it would be “easy,” ended up being chaotic due to the current train problems in Spain, which also coincided with the storm, making travel extremely difficult. And yet, you handled everything magnificently. The feedback received from both customers and Novo Nordisk staff has been wonderful, so truly, congratulations and thank you again for continuing to work so well with us.

We’ve received very positive feedback overall about the meeting and the organization. It was a cycle with many last-minute changes, and the first one we’d done together, which is always a challenge. Thanks again for resolving everything quickly and always with a smile… everything was fantastic.

Supongo que estaréis agotados por el inmenso esfuerzo que ha supuesto la organización de BIOSPAIN. Por ello me parece más importante transmitiros cuanto antes mi más cordial enhorabuena por vuestra ejecución del evento. La verdad es que prácticamente todo ha ido como la seda y en general solo nos han llegado buenas palabras de los visitantes y patrocinadores. Vuestra profesionalidad y dedicación ha asegurado el éxito del evento.

Sobre este viaje, de mi parte, y como comentamos ayer, solo puedo decir WOW! Una vez más habéis hecho un trabajo extraordinario, los participantes han vuelto encantados, y me incluyo ahí. Fantástico el nivel de preparación, atención, las experiencias y los detalles, y sobre todo la actitud y comportamiento con el grupo. Itziar un 10/10 sin cualquier duda.
